Great customer service and warranty

My bottle arrived with a hairline crack and I received a replacement easily. Be sure and complete info for warranty. I get a lot of inquiries about the bottle also. Love it.

Addendum: cap

I wrote a review earlier, but one more point occurred to me: with many bottles or jars with screw-on lids, you have to make sure the threads are properly aligned first, by screwing backwards a bit until you feel the threads drop into place. However, with these bottles, it's almost impossible to have a mismatch. You can simply put the lid on and start screwing it on, and it will almost always be properly aligned. Beautiful!

My Favorite water bottle!

I drink tons of H2O over the course of the day, and I I love the clean taste of drinking out of a glass container. The design is stylish but not too too precious. Purifyou has superb customer service comprised of real humans that respond rapidly and respectfully. Buy one now, it's worth it!

Love the bottles ! Great size and fun colours

Love the bottles just wish each one automatically came with an extra cap as I seem to break the cap. This time I ordered extra caps! Shipping is expensive to Canada but the bottles are worth it
