We want you to love your Purifyou products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that have been used, damaged, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Hygiene note: For hygiene reasons, items that have been used with food or beverages cannot be returned unless defective.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.
If a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) shipping label is provided by Purifyou, the label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Please note that if a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label was issued, the label fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received.
Exchanges
If you need a replacement for a defective or damaged item, please contact our support team and we’ll help resolve it quickly.
